Selected Work / 02

From recurring creative pressure to a defined product workflow.

A framework for turning high-volume creative requests into consistent, reviewable output without removing human judgment.

The opportunity

Make the path dependable.

The challenge was not simply producing more assets. It was creating a clearer path from request to reviewed output while making constraints visible early.

Christopher’s decisions

Bound the system before scaling it.

Christopher mapped the recurring work, defined the user journey and product boundaries, and treated human approval as part of the workflow rather than a policy added afterward.

Public outcome

A clearer product model and evidence plan.

The work established a clearer product model and a plan for evaluating the workflow. Employer, customer, operational, and quantitative details remain excluded until ownership and disclosure permission are documented.
